About the Role:- Provide personal care and support to our daughter, including showering, dressing, and using the bathroom
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, shopping, and household chores
- Support our daughter's independence and confidence, encouraging her to participate in activities and hobbies
- Communicate effectively with our daughter, understanding her needs and preferences
- Work collaboratively with our family to ensure our daughter's care needs are met
- Experience working with individuals with spinal cord injuries or complex needs
- Ability to provide personal care and support with dignity and respect
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
- Full clean driving license and own car (desirable)
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.40
