Risk Management Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Ramboll Group A/S. As a key member of our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Team, you will play a vital role in supporting our business to maintain a strong health and safety culture.
Key Responsibilities- Health and Safety Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support to our business and project teams on health and safety issues, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Audit and Risk Management: Plan, conduct, and report on internal health and safety audits, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure a safe working environment.
- Legislative Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changing legislation and regulatory requirements, maintaining an accurate legal register to ensure our business remains compliant.
- CDM and Operational Risk: Provide expertise in the identification, evaluation, and control of safety, health, environmental, CDM, and operational risks, ensuring our business operates safely and efficiently.
We are looking for a highly experienced Health and Safety Advisor with a strong background in health and safety management. Your expertise in CDM, ISO45001, and risk management will be essential in supporting our business to maintain a strong health and safety culture.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Health and Safety Advisor, with a strong understanding of health and safety management systems.
- CDM Knowledge: Familiarity with CDM regulations and their application in a design consultancy environment.
- ISO45001: Experience in implementing and maintaining ISO45001 management systems.
- Travel: Ability to travel across the UK, with frequent travel required.
- Education: Educated to degree standard or equivalent.
- Professional Membership: Member of a relevant professional body, such as IOSH.
