As the primary point of contact, the Student Support Representative will address inquiries from various stakeholders, including students, faculty, and community members. This role involves responding to walk-in requests, text messages, and phone calls, providing vital information about academic offerings and student services. Additionally, the representative will offer administrative support to staff within the Help Hub, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first line of communication for inquiries related to college services.
- Assist in providing administrative support to college personnel.
- Facilitate effective communication between students and college departments.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including potential evening and weekend hours during peak times.
