The Student Support Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring that students and community members receive the assistance they need to navigate academic and administrative processes effectively.

As the primary point of contact, the Student Support Representative will address inquiries from various stakeholders, including students, faculty, and community members. This role involves responding to walk-in requests, text messages, and phone calls, providing vital information about academic offerings and student services. Additionally, the representative will offer administrative support to staff within the Help Hub, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the first line of communication for inquiries related to college services.
  2. Assist in providing administrative support to college personnel.
  3. Facilitate effective communication between students and college departments.
  4. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including potential evening and weekend hours during peak times.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience in administrative roles.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
