About the Role:

We are seeking an Estates Coordinator to support the Senior Estates Manager in ensuring that local site services meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors within NHS Property Services premises.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating in-house/outsourced services in a facilities service provision across a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, legislation, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Estates Manager in the coordination of site services
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, legislation, and statutory requirements
  • Coordinate in-house/outsourced services in a facilities service provision
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues, patients, and visitors
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Estates Manager

Requirements:

  • Strong administration/Microsoft office skills
  • Willingness to broaden knowledge on FM
  • Knowledge of FM building compliance, Healthcare cleanliness standards
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also capable of working independently
  • Demonstrable experience in dealing with Customers, Partners and the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Knowledge of achieving service delivery KPIs and associated targets
