Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Specification Sales Manager to join our team at Williams Manufacturing. As a Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts in the private sector, including builders, OEMs, and facilities management companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including specification and new build customers
  • Work closely with internal commercial and sales support teams to align on and develop sales strategy
  • Monitor current and predict upcoming market trends within the markets
  • Analysis of competitor activity
  • Preparing forecasts and KPI reporting for senior management

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving sales and contributing to company growth
  • Strong understanding of working alongside manufacturing
  • Good understanding of different routes to market, including merchants, contractors, specification, and new build
  • Ability to work proactively with account portfolio, planning visits and keeping the customer informed throughout the sales process
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
