About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Clinical Office Administrator to join our team at Ashford and St Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will work in our Haematology department, providing a comprehensive support administrative service to the Haematology Clinical Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize workload with Haematology Consultants and coordinate activities with Clinical Office Coordinators to ensure an efficient service is provided.
  • Carry out duties in a way that makes a direct and positive contribution to the organization of the work.
  • Exercise initiative commensurate with the role and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Complete duties within the Haematology Day Unit.
Person Specification

Qualifications

  • English GCSE Grade C or equivalent.

Experience

  • Previous administration experience.

Skills

  • Ability to deal with sensitive information.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Able to use initiative and judgement in daily tasks.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Other

  • Team Player.
  • Ability to work flexibly.
