We desire an individual whose inquisitive, compassionate, and mindful approach will be vital to the successful launch of TRIBE and in shaping the TRIBE experience, characterized by its genuineness and commitment to ensuring everything is as smooth and efficient as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of guest accommodations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and impeccable presentation.
  • Support hotel operations by guaranteeing that guests enjoy a remarkable stay in a pristine and well-organized environment.
  • Inspire and lead the housekeeping team by setting a positive example, fostering an atmosphere where team members can express themselves and excel in their roles.
  • Engage in hands-on training and guidance to uphold our high standards.
  • Supervise and verify the cleanliness and upkeep of all guest rooms and public spaces.
  • Collaborate with the Head Housekeeper to enhance and manage relationships with our external housekeeping partners.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar supervisory role, ideally with around a year of leadership experience.
  • A keen eye for detail, capable of identifying any lapses in standards promptly.
  • A natural ability to connect with people, creating a positive work environment and encouraging open communication.
  • Familiarity with Micros Fidelio Opera or similar front desk systems is a plus.
  • A desire to work in an environment that values individuality and authenticity.
  • A strong commitment to delivering quality work and ensuring tasks are completed effectively.
  • A focus on leaving a positive impression on all interactions, ensuring memorable experiences.
  • A collaborative spirit, ready to contribute to a team that values hard work and enjoyment.
