Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to become a vital part of our organization, overseeing multiple locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute detailed marketing strategies across various locations, including:

o Home Instead Brighton, Hove and Shoreham

o Home Instead Lewes District and Uckfield

o Home Instead Eastbourne and Hailsham

· Design and manage both digital and traditional marketing campaigns across diverse channels such as social media, newsletters, and local advertising.

· Conduct market analysis to identify trends and monitor competitor actions.

· Generate engaging content for the website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.

· Collaborate with teams in each location to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.

· Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through performance metrics.

· Support recruitment and engagement efforts for Care Professionals.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.

· Proficient in digital marketing, including social media management and basic SEO knowledge.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

· Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.

· Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Meta Business Suite.

· Competence in graphic design software, particularly Canva.

· Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

Additional Information:

A good understanding of the local area is advantageous, along with a valid driver's license for travel between locations.

Compensation ranges from £13 to £15 per hour, based on experience.
