Customer Success Director

Remark Able is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Director to lead our Customer Success team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing Customer Success team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Identify and prioritize customer needs, and develop solutions to address them.
  • Measure and analyze customer success metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading Customer Success teams in a fast-growing, enterprise-level SaaS environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, able to develop and execute customer success strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and analyze customer success metrics.
