Level Infinite is the publisher of acclaimed titles such as PUBG MOBILE and Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, and collaborates on projects like Fatshark's Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, Dune: Awakening from Funcom, Nightingale from Inflexion Studios, among others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the annual strategic planning for the brand, focusing on industry events to enhance the visibility of the brand and its games, integrating all titles under the Level Infinite umbrella into these events to support successful launches.
- Manage the marketing initiatives for the Level Infinite brand, crafting a comprehensive event strategy that conveys the brand narrative through impactful campaigns, amplifying key messages for game titles.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external cross-functional teams (including game studios, design, PR, legal, etc.) to leverage their expertise throughout the production process, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with regional teams to execute global strategies through meaningful local campaigns.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide updates to marketing executives and the broader game department.
- Create marketing materials, presentation documents, internal plans, and post-event analyses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience within the gaming sector.
- Proven track record in managing global industry events.
- Strategic and creative thinker with a history of ownership and delivering results.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of transforming qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, adept at influencing and presenting strategies to diverse audiences, while building robust relationships with game studios.
- Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive approach; thrives under pressure.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented project manager, skilled in multitasking and prioritization.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Keynote/PowerPoint, with the ability to narrate a compelling story visually.
