About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Guest Experience Manager to join our team at Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Turn moments into memories by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations
- Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure that all guest needs are met and exceeded
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, encouraging repeat business and positive word-of-mouth
- Stay up-to-date with hotel services and amenities, making recommendations to guests as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role or guest-facing position
- Experience working in a 4* or above hotel environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Outstanding customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Conflict resolution skills
