Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a Helpdesk Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to clients and customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to clients and customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving them in a timely manner
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Maintaining accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Providing regular updates to clients and customers on the status of their support requests
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Managing general enquiries
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with helpdesk software and other technical tools
- Proactive
- Can-do attitude
