Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our on-trade sales team in West Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing our relationships and business across the on-trade retail channel, as well as exploring opportunities in new business channels such as regional route to market and foodservice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve ambitious targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the on-trade and foodservice sectors
  • Collaborate with our Scotland Field Sales Manager to align sales efforts with company goals
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets in the drinks industry
  • Strong understanding of the drinks market, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
