About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Global Brands Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers in the on-trade retail channel, as well as exploring opportunities in new business channels such as regional route to market and foodservice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers and influencers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including regional route to market and foodservice
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to drive business results
  • Manage and optimize sales resources, including budget and personnel
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the drinks industry
  • Strong understanding of the drinks industry, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at all organizational levels
  • Strategic mindset to identify long-term goals, devise effective business development strategies, and make informed decisions that align with the company's vision
  • Experience managing P&L and optimizing resource allocation
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented, with a relentless pursuit of excellence
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
