The Role
We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity in our on-trade sales team as a Regional Sales Manager for West Scotland.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing our relationships and business across the on-trade retail channel, as well as exploring opportunities in new business channels such as regional route to market and foodservice.
You will need to be a confident and highly motivated operator, coming from a drinks sales background.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the on-trade retail channel.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in regional route to market and foodservice channels.
- Drive sales growth and consistently achieve ambitious targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
- Manage P&L and optimize resource allocation.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Effectively communicate and negotiate with customers and stakeholders.
