We are looking for an Automotive Sales Advisor to enhance our success with the Nissan brand. This role involves guiding customers through the entire sales journey, from the initial inquiry to the final vehicle delivery and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient service that embodies the brand's values.
  • Identify and manage customer expectations and requirements throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Provide advice on financing, insurance, and additional products, promoting upselling opportunities where suitable.
  • Continuously update and enhance knowledge of the brand's products and services to ensure customers receive exceptional service.
  • Build and maintain a list of potential clients by maximizing all sales leads and tools, including the existing customer database, advertisement responses, showroom visits, and customer referrals.
  • Proactively engage in telephone sales activities to generate new prospects and manage customers throughout the sales cycle.
Key Qualifications:
  • Target-driven and customer-focused, with a proven sales record, preferably in the automotive sector or high-value consumer goods.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of communicating effectively at all levels. Competent in negotiating and closing sales while ensuring a superior customer experience.
  • Well-presented and skilled at establishing positive relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
  • Able to adhere to defined processes and guidelines, with strong administrative skills to accurately record customer information.
  • Passionate about the automotive industry, with the ability to inspire and motivate others, including customers and colleagues.
  • Results-oriented, resilient in managing customer objections, and open to learning from feedback.
  • Honest and possessing high levels of integrity.
  • Valid Driving License required.
