Lookers is seeking a driven and skilled Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dedicated and welcoming team. Specializing in both new and pre-owned vehicle sales, you will collaborate with our enthusiastic sales team to deliver exceptional customer service. As a member of our dynamic sales force, you will possess outstanding communication abilities to foster relationships with both colleagues and clients. You will be supported by our experienced management team, enhancing your knowledge and expertise to help you grow within the automotive sector. Our Automotive Sales Consultants serve as the primary contact for customers, paying close attention to their preferences and requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with customers through various communication channels including email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets while achieving minimum profit goals, as well as promoting finance and insurance options.
  • Coordinating and accompanying customers on vehicle test drives.
  • Completing necessary documentation and processes as required.
  • Acting as a true representative of the sales process, driving forward all inquiries related to new and used vehicles, while building rapport with customers to convert leads into sales.
  • Demonstrating a genuine passion for the brand, instilling excitement in customers regarding their vehicle purchases.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, and a passion for the automotive industry. Enthusiasm, motivation, and a drive to achieve excellent results are essential.

Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive sector is preferred but not mandatory, as we are always eager to discover new talent. A full UK driving license is required, as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious vehicles available.
