Job Description

**Job Title:** Transformation Delivery Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Transformation Delivery Manager to lead our Salesforce transformation project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of the project, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Lead and Manage the Project:** Oversee the project from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:** Work closely with IT, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop a comprehensive project plan.
  • **Design and Implement CRM Data Model:** Direct the design and implementation of a unified CRM data model, leveraging Salesforce technologies and best practices to deliver optimal outcomes.
  • **Migrate Data:** Oversee the migration of data from existing CRM systems to the new unified platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.
  • **Communicate Project Progress:** Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to communicate project progress, manage expectations, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • **Lead and Mentor a Team:** Lead and mentor a team of project resources, providing guidance, support, and expertise to ensure effective project delivery.
  • **Champion Agile Methodologies:** Champion Agile methodologies and practices, leading sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement and adaptability.
  • **Ensure Compliance:** Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and security protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • **Certifications:** Certified in relevant Salesforce qualifications, with a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities and architecture.
  • **Agile Methodologies:** Certified in Agile methodologies through Scrum Alliance, with hands-on experience in the execution of Agile transformation initiatives.
  • **Project Management:** Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management practices.
  • **Change and Risk Management:** In-depth knowledge of change and risk management within a large integrated environment.
  • **Transformation Experience:** Proven history of effectively delivering large-scale transformation projects within complex, global organisations.
  • **Leadership Skills:** Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards common goals.
  • **Communication Skills:** Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the global organisation.
  • **Analytical Mindset:** Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; relevant professional certifications or postgraduate qualifications.
