Position Overview

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a People Operations Partner to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our people strategies and supporting our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

As a People Operations Partner, you will:
  • Collaborate with leadership across various departments to create a comprehensive people strategy that addresses both immediate and long-term needs.
  • Engage with specialists within the broader People Team to ensure seamless execution of initiatives, working closely with Recruitment, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, and Payroll & Rewards.
  • Manage diverse casework that varies in complexity, providing guidance and support to leaders, and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Champion a range of people initiatives that align with our core values and business goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, facilitating training and development for the team on essential HR topics.

Candidate Profile

This role is ideal for an experienced People Advisor seeking growth or a seasoned People Partner eager for a new challenge. The successful candidate will:
  • Possess a strong background in complex organizational environments, with in-depth knowledge of employment legislation and HR policy application.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to coaching and developing teams at all levels, particularly in challenging situations.
