About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our East of England team, working with clients across the Cambridge area, including Huntingdon, Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Ely, and Duxford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic HR solutions, leading business and cultural transformations, and driving organisational change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of HR solutions to our client businesses, including business and strategic planning, culture change, business transformation, change management, leadership development, organisational design, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, learning and development, and talent management.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, working in partnership with the team to ensure a first-class HR service is provided.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director and marketing team to attract and gain new clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in inputting into the strategic direction of the business and partnering with the Board and Senior Executive team.
  • CIPD (L7) qualification or equivalent.
  • A strong ability to lead teams and build relationships, with a natural talent for connecting with and influencing SME sector business owners.
  • Organised, dependable, and progressive, with a passion for embracing technology and finding new ways to work.
  • Commercial acumen, with a business-focused approach to HR.
  • Pragmatic and results-driven, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
  • A great listener and questioner, with a focus on adding value and delivering exceptional results for clients.
