Sales Director

Clover HR Services Limited t/a Clover HR is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join their residential team based in Cambridge. As an independently owned business, this role offers a relaxed yet efficient working environment with a close team atmosphere.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing significantly to the business's growing market share. This includes actively pursuing and securing new business, analyzing market and customer needs, and selling to those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue and secure new business opportunities
- Analyze market and customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies
- Maximize revenues and grow the property register
- Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
- Manage the relationship with landlords and resolve any property issues
- Follow up with solicitors throughout the sales process to ensure a smooth transaction
Requirements:
- Experience within property sales in a management role
- ARLA qualifications an advantage
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Experience using residential software packages
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Working Hours:
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, with a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month from 9am to 1pm. Saturday cover may also be required from time to time.
