Key Responsibilities- Actively pursue and secure new business opportunities
- Analysis of market and customer needs, with a focus on selling to those needs
- Analyse marketing strategies and implement plans to hit office valuation targets
- Carry out valuations and strive to create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
- Maximise revenues and grow the property register
- Experience within property sales, preferably in a management role
- ARLA qualifications are highly desirable
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
