Fire Risk Assessment Manager Opportunity

Chubb Fire & Security Group is seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessment Manager to join our dedicated Fire Consultancy division on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the Role

The main goal of this position is to create and maintain quality procedures, ensuring that the department maintains an excellent reputation for quality delivery to the end user.

As a Fire Risk Assessment Manager, you will be responsible for driving quality through the management of the validation process for our Fire Consultancy division. You will be responsible for the technical validation of reports and support to our nationally based Risk Assessors, sales team, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the validation matrix for Assessors in relation to qualifications and ability
  • Mentor and coach Risk Assessors in the field to ensure that all competencies are reached in order to fulfill the FRA role
  • Build strong, credible relationships with internal and external customers
  • Be up to date with fire legislation
  • Hold a current UK driving license
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will hold accreditations with either IFE or IFSM with demonstratable experience in completing Fire Risk Assessments.

Coupled with the ability to drive quality through effective people management and coaching to a large team of national Fire Risk Assessors.
