Chubb Fire & Security Group is seeking a highly skilled Fire Risk Assessment Manager to join our dedicated Fire Consultancy division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving quality through the management of the validation process for our Fire Consultancy division.

The ideal candidate will hold accreditations with either IFE or IFSM and have demonstratable experience in completing Fire Risk Assessments. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical validating of FRA reports and calculation checks on occupancy reports
  • Point of contact for customer queries in relation to technical aspects
  • Provide support & guidance to the wider team of Assessors either directly, or though utilisation of SME's
  • Manage the validation matrix for Assessors in relation to qualifications and ability mentor and coach Risk Assessors in the field, to ensure that all competencies are reached in order to fulfil the FRA role
  • Creation and distribution of Technical Bulletins
  • Manage, Maintain and update report templates within our BORIS system
  • Action any customer queries in relation to technical aspects
  • Build strong, credible relationships both with internal & external customers in person and via media/telephone channels
  • Carryout at least 1 FRA per month
