About the Role

Chubb Fire & Security Group has a newly created opportunity for an accredited Validation & Technical Manager (Quality Manager) to join our dedicated Fire Consultancy division on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a Hybrid working opportunity where you will be within commutable distance of our office. Some travel throughout the UK will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain quality procedures to ensure the department maintains an excellent reputation for quality delivery to the end user.
  • Drive quality through the management of the validation process for our Fire Consultancy division, responsible for the technical validation of reports and support to our nationally based Risk Assessors, sales team, and our customers.
  • Manage the validation matrix for Assessors in relation to qualifications and ability mentor and coach Risk Assessors in the field, to ensure that all competencies are reached in order to fulfill the FRA role.
  • Build strong, credible relationships both with internal & external customers in person and via media/telephone channels.

Requirements:

  • Hold accreditations with either IFE or IFSM with demonstratable experience in completing Fire Risk Assessments.
  • Coupled with the ability to drive quality through effective people management and coaching to a large team of national Fire Risk Assessors.
  • Up-to-date with fire legislation.
  • Strong Administrator/Strong IT skills.
  • Hold a current UK driving license.
