This is a hybrid working opportunity where you will be based within commutable distance of our Blackburn office. Some travel throughout the UK will be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive quality through the management of the validation process for our Fire Consultancy division.
  • Technical validation of reports and support to our nationally based Risk Assessors, sales team, and customers.
  • Manage the validation matrix for Assessors in relation to qualifications and ability mentor and coach Risk Assessors in the field.
  • Creation and distribution of Technical Bulletins.
  • Manage, maintain, and update report templates within our BORIS system.
  • Action any customer queries in relation to technical aspects.
  • Build strong, credible relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Carry out at least one FRA per month.

Requirements

  • Hold accreditations with either IFE or IFSM with demonstratable experience in completing Fire Risk Assessments.
  • Ability to drive quality through effective people management and coaching to a large team of national Fire Risk Assessors.
  • Up-to-date with fire legislation.
  • Strong Administrator/IT skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Hold a current UK driving license.
