Join Our Team as an Area Sales Manager

Delabie, the European market leader for taps and sanitary ware in Public Places & Commercial, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in the South Central region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with decision-makers to specify our products in public and commercial buildings, healthcare establishments, and other relevant sectors.
  • Follow up on major construction projects from design to hand-over, ensuring our products meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.
  • Create customer loyalty and develop a network of professional distributors to drive sales growth.
  • Participate in our training program and utilize our adapted tools to enhance your skills and progress within our dynamic team.
Requirements:
  • External sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Passport (for technical/product training in France).
  • A high-quality induction plan and training program.
  • Competitive Basic Salary, plus activity and sales bonuses.
  • Company car.
  • 5% pension contribution.
