Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of approximately 30 individuals, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Contract Management: Ensure a thorough understanding of PFI contracts and their implications on service delivery.
Essential Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in leading successful teams within a commercial Soft FM context.
- Knowledge of waste management practices.
- Experience in managing operations across single or multiple sites.
- Proven track record in budget management and Profit & Loss accountability.
- Strong communication skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in IT and capable of contributing to digital communication platforms.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to high standards in service delivery.
- Commercially aware with an understanding of price-sensitive markets.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to motivate and manage personnel effectively.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and tact.
- Integrity and respect for colleagues and clients.
