  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to programme managers, including arranging meetings, tracking attendance, and taking actions.
  • Communication: Monitor central mailboxes, schedule central meetings, and de-conflict team diaries.
  • Project Coordination: Chase completion of actions and provide updates to programme teams.
  • Document Management: Support the collation of programme materials, including PowerPoint packs, meeting notes, and governance artefacts.
  • Organisational Assets: Own key organisational assets, including distribution lists and holiday trackers.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Deal with questions from stakeholders in the programme and transformation.

Requirements:

  • Organisational Skills: Be organised and able to work with minimal guidance.
  • Technical Skills: Confident with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Process Documentation: Experience of creating and maintaining process documentation.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Project Experience: Experience of working in or with projects would be beneficial.
