Nurse Specialist

Orchard Care Home, a reputable care provider, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and monitor work areas to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
- Administer medication, undertake audits, and provide direct care to residents, including support with nutrition and hydration.
- Extend clinical competencies and nursing practice to offer comprehensive services, such as catheterization, venepuncture, and IVI therapy.
- Active NMC pin and commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct.
