In the capacity of a Systems Change Project Manager at Systemiq, you will engage in projects and initiatives that collaboratively develop strategies with our partners and clients to navigate the perceived trade-offs between economic sustainability, ecosystem restoration, and social equity. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Partnering with stakeholders to formulate strategies for sustainable transitions
- Conducting data analysis to derive strategic insights and actionable solutions
- Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with project stakeholders
- Leading project teams to ensure the successful achievement of project objectives
- Assisting partners in monitoring, evaluating, and articulating their business models, visions, and impacts
To thrive in this position, candidates should possess a strong track record of professional excellence and a proven impact in strategic consultancy. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- A deep commitment to Systemiq's mission and the sustainability/environment/social enterprise sector
- Over 5 years of experience in a professional system change context, ideally in strategic advisory or consulting roles. Relevant experience in startups, in-house strategy, project management, and investment will also be valued.
- In-depth knowledge of key concepts and value chains in sectors such as plastics, petrochemicals, mobility & transport, heavy industries, energy, consumer goods, manufacturing, construction, waste management, and electronics.
- A Master's degree or equivalent qualification
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in managing relationships at senior levels
- Demonstrated success in leading teams to meet project goals
- A collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude
- An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to identify and seize new opportunities
- Resilience in high-pressure situations and resourcefulness in achieving results
