Who you are

Holding a degree in a relevant field and possessing substantial practical experience, you have a comprehensive understanding of the WRAP food waste hierarchy and circularity principles, along with experience in managing supplier relationships and intricate sustainability projects. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enable you to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making across all levels. As a leader, you exhibit exceptional project management and delivery capabilities, consistently prioritizing sustainable outcomes. With your analytical thinking and systems approach, you adeptly navigate complex information and challenges to make informed decisions that align with Sainsbury's values and sustainability commitments. Your dedication to continuous personal development reflects your commitment to staying informed about the latest trends and best practices in environmental resource management and circularity.
