As a Project Manager specializing in Systems Change at Systemiq, you will engage in projects and initiatives that collaboratively develop strategies with our partners and clients to reconcile perceived trade-offs among economic viability, ecosystem restoration, and social equity and wellbeing. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with stakeholders to formulate strategies for sustainable transformations
- Conducting data analysis to derive strategic insights and actionable solutions
- Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with project stakeholders
- Leading project teams to ensure the successful achievement of project objectives
- Assisting partners in monitoring, evaluating, and communicating their business model, vision, and impact
To thrive in this position, candidates should possess a strong track record of professional excellence and a proven ability to contribute to change and impact within strategic consultancy. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- A commitment to Systemiq's mission and the sustainability/environment/social enterprise sector
- Over 5 years of experience in a professional systems change context, ideally in strategic advisory or consulting roles. Relevant experience in startups, in-house strategy, project management, and investment will also be valued.
- Knowledge of key concepts and value chains in sectors such as plastics, petrochemicals, mobility and transport, heavy industries, energy, consumer goods, manufacturing, construction, waste management, and electronics.
- A Master's degree or equivalent qualification
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in managing relationships at senior levels
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams towards achieving project goals
- A collaborative spirit and a proactive attitude
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to identify and seize new opportunities
- Resilience under pressure and resourcefulness in delivering results
