Role Overview

As a Project Manager specializing in Systems Change at Systemiq, you will engage in projects and initiatives that collaboratively develop strategies with our partners and clients to reconcile perceived trade-offs among economic viability, ecosystem restoration, and social equity and wellbeing. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to formulate strategies for sustainable transformations
  • Conducting data analysis to derive strategic insights and actionable solutions
  • Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with project stakeholders
  • Leading project teams to ensure the successful achievement of project objectives
  • Assisting partners in monitoring, evaluating, and communicating their business model, vision, and impact
Candidate Profile

To thrive in this position, candidates should possess a strong track record of professional excellence and a proven ability to contribute to change and impact within strategic consultancy. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • A commitment to Systemiq's mission and the sustainability/environment/social enterprise sector
  • Over 5 years of experience in a professional systems change context, ideally in strategic advisory or consulting roles. Relevant experience in startups, in-house strategy, project management, and investment will also be valued.
  • Knowledge of key concepts and value chains in sectors such as plastics, petrochemicals, mobility and transport, heavy industries, energy, consumer goods, manufacturing, construction, waste management, and electronics.
  • A Master's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in managing relationships at senior levels
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams towards achieving project goals
  • A collaborative spirit and a proactive attitude
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to identify and seize new opportunities
  • Resilience under pressure and resourcefulness in delivering results
