About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customers across multiple channels, including independent retail, grocery, and franchises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular store visits to educate retailers on brand retention, market share growth, merchandising, and marketing strategies.
  • Sell a wide range of FMCG products and add-ons, with a focus on upselling and developing strong relationships with business owners, employees, stock controllers, and wholesalers.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Valid driving license and a clean driving record.
