About the Role

Syntech Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our client's department, liaising with colleagues on the distribution of products, dealing with customers, and maintaining records and orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new sales leads and enter them into the CRM system as necessary
  • Deal with customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Create dispatch notes on the CRM system
  • Check supplier invoices and ensure accurate payment
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with the warehouse and logistics team
  • Assist the sales team with the sales process and provide administrative support
  • Maintain accurate records and delivery schedules
