Customer Success Manager - Koestates

Koestates is a dynamic investment agency that sources top UK investment properties. We empower clients across the UK and internationally to grow and scale their investment portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
  2. Conduct kick-off meetings to outline success objectives and ensure alignment.
  3. Regularly schedule and conduct client satisfaction meetings to gauge progress and address concerns.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  5. Identify and promote success stories, testimonials, and case studies to showcase client achievements.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to capitalize on upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  7. Provide data-driven insights to inform customer retention strategies and ensure long-term success.
  8. Efficiently review and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role, with a track record of success.
  2. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster positive business relationships.
  3. Proven ability to generate new business and revenue growth.
  4. Experience in the property industry is desirable, although not essential.
  5. Highly organized, motivated, and eager to join a fast-growing, ambitious company.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
