Job Title: Bilingual Account Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Account Manager to join our team at French Selection UK. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of managing an existing portfolio of accounts
- Actively seek out new solutions and opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Implement the Digital First strategy, focusing on solutions such as Workflow Solutions and Online Booking
- Monitor industry trends and analyse customer data to discover innovative solutions and new revenue streams
- Closely collaborate with Service, Tech or Finance teams to drive continuous service improvement
- Collaborate with Operations team to ensure service is in line with contractual obligations
- Effectively track both internal and external key performance indicators
- Develop and implement action plans for improvement, track results and performance
- Report directly to the Commercial Director
Requirements:
- Fluent in French, German, Italian or Dutch
- Previous experience in Sales and Account Management in B2B
- Experience in Travel Industry is essential
- Able to demonstrate negotiation techniques and successes
- Fully competent and confident Word, Excel and PowerPoint user
- Highly organised and proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum depending on experiences plus £10,000 OTE Bonus
