About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a variety of mental health settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing and monitoring patient conditions to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, promoting a culture of empathy and understanding.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an Acute hospital environment within the last 3 years.
  • Current NMC registration and a valid Statement of NMC Registration.
  • Degree/Diploma in Nursing and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
