About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Everyday Banking function as Vice President. This is a pivotal role that requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in operational excellence, regulatory compliance, performance management, and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a High-Performing Business Operations Function: Deliver exceptional service experience on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and compliance.
  • Champion a Customer-Centric Approach: Foster a culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction, ensuring a unique, fair, consistent, and transparent experience.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert: Provide best-in-class digital business policy, processes, products, and solutions, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a High-Performance Culture: Lead by example, provide feedback and recognition, and drive a culture that achieves and exceeds business objectives.
  • Lead Operational Planning and Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product introductions and operational excellence.
  • Manage Stakeholders: Work with global teams to ensure exceptional service delivery at all times.
  • Drive Performance Management: Harness development programs to enhance team capabilities and career growth, while understanding and keeping the business aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage Workforce Requirements: Meet ongoing demand and manage headcounts effectively.
  • Understand Customer Behavior: Research and share knowledge with the wider team and peers to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Relevant Teams: Continuously improve operational and business performance to optimize both customer and employee experience.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Relevant Expertise: Financial Services, Banking Operations, or another heavily regulated industry.
  • Leadership Experience: Handling large teams and processes.
  • Operational Excellence: Proven track record of building and maintaining a strong operational culture, leading people, customer, and business success.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Expertise in operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and performance management.
  • Leadership and Inspiration: Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels, presenting visions and shared goals.
