Main Responsibilities
- Assess, coach, and develop apprentices during their progress reviews, selecting quality evidence to showcase their capabilities.
- Deliver engaging and motivational training that inspires learners to achieve their goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current training sessions and suggest improvements.
- Research and create compelling training content for virtual and classroom delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with safeguarding, prevent, and British values.
- Effectively communicate and promote organisational changes.
- Develop a high level of competency with department and company technology.
- Self-reflect and identify areas for personal development.
- Maintain a motivated 'can-do' attitude, striving for excellence in all areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Previous experience in retail travel sales.
- Previous experience in classroom or remote delivery.
- Previous delivery experience of core skills.

- Level 3 qualification in Education and Training.
