Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering Level 5 Coaching apprenticeships and providing a high-quality learning experience to learners. You will work closely with learners, employers, and our team to ensure that learners are fully prepared for their End Point Assessment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver innovative, impactful, and value-added learning to all learners
- Ensure learners are fully prepared with a completed portfolio in preparation for EPA Gateway
- Harness the use of technology, learning resources, virtual college, and the facilitation of workplace on the job training
- Conduct consistent, planned, progressive visits and reviews with both the learner and employer in line with ESFA and Learner Journey requirements
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of the children, young people, and individuals you encounter

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a teaching qualification, experience of delivering level 5 coaching apprenticeships, and a strong track record of supporting learners through End Point Assessment. You will also have the ability to manage a caseload of learners with varying learning requirements.
