Business Development Manager, Executive Coach

As a Business Development Manager (Coach), you'll be responsible for guiding your team to achieve their business and financial goals, while also empowering them to grow their travel agencies and achieve their lifestyle aspirations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Clever Coach: Share your extensive knowledge of the travel industry with your team, helping them to identify the right suppliers and navigate technology, while coaching them to build confidence in finding customers and asking for business.
- Business Advisor: Recognize business opportunities and teach your team how to do the same, encouraging them to spot gaps in the market and advising on how to plug them.
- Savvy Sales Person: Close deals and teach your team the art of sales, ensuring they maximize customer engagement and drive up average booking value.
- Magical Marketer: Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure your team has the necessary tools, working on campaign plans to support their businesses.
- Customer Service Guru: Ensure your team provides exceptional customer service, adhering to high standards.
- Data Analyst: Track the progress and performance of your team, identifying areas for improvement and keeping an eye on market trends.

Requirements:
- Experience in achieving sales targets within the travel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the travel industry and its products.
- Experience running your own business successfully.
- A recognized professional coaching qualification, such as ILM level 5 or similar.
