Business Change Lead Opportunity

Are you a seasoned professional looking to take on a challenging role in a large-scale health-related project in Northern Ireland?

About the Role

VanRath is delighted to be recruiting a Business Change Lead for a major programme aimed at implementing a single integrated cloud solution to replace current business systems across Health & Social Care NI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic change plan to support the successful transition to the new solution.
  • Lead engagement with HSCNI communities, staff, and service users to identify and plan for changes required to deliver programme benefits.
  • Work strategically to ensure all business changes associated with the transformation programme are effectively implemented and delivered within functional areas and in line with the implementation plan.
  • Collaborate with the programme team and business stakeholders to fully understand and define people, process, and technology changes required.
  • Develop business change products to enable implementation of identified changes and ensure business readiness before go-live.

Requirements

  • A university degree or relevant professional qualification and at least 3 years of experience in a business change role.
  • PROSCI or similar change management qualification.
  • Willingness and ability to complete relevant change management training and/or certification.
  • Proven experience in leadership, management, collaborative working, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in running focus groups, workshops, and training to support organisational change.
