Programme Manager

Capita is seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to lead the planning, structuring, and direction of a divisional programme of work. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing interrelated projects from contract initiation to final operational stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme Planning and Direction: Develop and implement programme plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of business benefits.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of programme managers and project managers to achieve programme objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong Programme Management Experience: Proven experience of managing large-scale programmes, with a track record of delivering business benefits.
  • Prince 2 Certification: Hold a Prince 2 certification or equivalent, with a good understanding of programme management methodologies.
  • Core Infrastructure Experience: Experience of managing infrastructure and cloud projects, with a good understanding of technical developments.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Business Analysis Skills: Good business analysis skills, with the ability to develop and maintain business cases.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
