About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team at Bond Williams Limited. As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running and efficient maintenance of the Purchase Ledger function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a prompt and professional manner
  • Prepare cash flow statements to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve overall objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of IT expertise and proficiency in relevant software applications
