We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team at Bond Williams Limited. As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running and efficient maintenance of the Purchase Ledger function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a professional and efficient way
- Prepare cash flow reports to ensure accurate financial management
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk with a strong understanding of financial processes
