We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Administrator to join our team at the Office for Legal Complaints (OLC) / Legal Ombudsman. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional people support to our Corporate and Operational Teams, while also managing and building relationships with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements in all employment documentation.
- Offer advice and guidance on standard HR policies and procedures, addressing queries from both managers and employees.
- Maintain accurate and complete employee data in our HRIS system.
- Administer company benefits and support with employee relations, including preparing invites to interviews.
- Manage the administrative aspects of employee departures, including exit interviews and relevant paperwork.
- Assist with payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll regulations.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including payroll setup and relevant pension documentation.
- Contribute to HR and cross-functional projects that grow our people capability and add value to our business.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations, UK employment law, and payroll best practice. You will have a proactive and organized approach, with excellent administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.
