About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at A637 DBOI Global Services (UK) Limited. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the accurate and timely payment of our employees based in the UK, Ireland, and Sweden.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the processing and end-to-end control of each payroll run, and of annual pay rounds and vesting share awards.
- Enter employee amendments, including starters, leavers, bank detail changes, personal data, ad hoc payments/deductions, tax record amendments on the payroll system.
- Provide second-level support for HR Direct, responding to payroll queries from UK and Ireland employees via telephone and e-mail.
- Validate and distribute BACS salary payments each month.
- Produce tax information on a monthly and annual basis (P45, Monthly RTI return, P60, P11d).
- Run regular and ad hoc reports from the payroll and accounts systems for HR and external auditors.
Requirements
- Experienced payroller with the ability to perform manual pay calculations, including an understanding of Tax and National Insurance.
- Strong administrative and interpersonal skills, as the role liaises with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent multi-tasking, organisational, and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong analytic and Microsoft Excel skills.
- SAP Payroll experience is desired.
