Your primary responsibilities will include meeting with jobseekers to identify challenges and barriers to employment, booking them onto relevant training courses, and supporting them with CV writing and job application processes. You will also liaise with employers to identify employment opportunities and engage in outreach work to promote Reed in Partnership within the local community.

**Desirable Qualifications:**

* Any relevant advisory and/or training qualification
