Overview of the Position

In this role, you will facilitate the administrative processes related to learning and instruction for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught programmes at UCL Eastman Dental Institute.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide a high standard of administrative support to students, colleagues, and external partners, collaborating closely with both academic and professional staff across the institution.

A proactive approach and adaptability in engaging with various individuals across different programme sectors are essential, including teamwork with fellow administrative staff.

Candidate Profile

You should possess experience in a dynamic office setting, showcasing exceptional administrative capabilities along with an organized and adaptable work style.

Additionally, you will have a proven track record of working autonomously as well as being an integral part of a team, assisting colleagues and enhancing the overall efficiency of the team.

While we are open to various working arrangements, we prefer the successful candidate to be available on Tuesday, Wednesday, and one additional day of their choice.
